Yes, you can charge your batteries while the boat is on a work cradle. Due to safety reasons we are unable to allow customers to charge their batteries while stored in the racking system.
Yes, you can work on your boat . Using the same procedure as launching your boat, please advise that you would like your boat on a work cradle. Minor works are only permitted. No painting, grinding or noxious works.
If you would like an independent mechanic to work on your boat, you will need to notify us in writing giving authority to allow access to your boat. Tradesmen must hold a minimum of $5,000,000 public liability insurance
Will you arrange servicing or any other mechanic services on my behalf?

Yes subject to availability, we can store your trailer for an additional $75.00 per month.
Covered rack storage can only store boats up to 10 Meters/33 Foot. Final pricing will be subject to an inspection of the vessel
However we have uncovered storage for boats up to 40 foot/11 ton. For example, Markline 100, Rayglass Legend 4000 or Gensis 36.
You must keep your boat insured whilst it is with us. We will require a copy of your insurance cover letter to keep on file. In the unlikely event that we damage your boat, we or our insurer will repair any damage.
Yes, any basic servicing and cleaning are allowed. However you will need to let us know in advance to ensure that there will be a work cradle available.
Yes there is plenty of road parking. One car entry per boat is provided however during peak summer season parking is available on a first in first serve basis. By prior arrangement we can accommodate additional cars in our secure compound.
All invoices are due on the 1st of every month to cover your storage for that month.
You can pay either by direct debit, automatic payment or credit card. We do not accept cash or cheques payments.
We require a minimum of 1 hours’ notice to launch your boat. Booking are allocated to a specified time slot, so get in early!
Access is 24 hours a day with launching and lifting taking place between 8am – 5pm, 7 days. If you return after hours just leave your boat on the pontoon and we will lift it out the next day.

Option 3 - BoatCloud for a Launch
Click on the "client login' page on our website, enter your email address and password provided by our admin office and schedule the day and time of your launch. You will be emailed confirmation of your request.
